Visit our taproom for a rotating selection of 12 beers brewed on site in the old Butler Memorial Presbyterian church in Youngstown’s old Smokey Hollow neighborhood. We work hard to on bring you a wide selection of unique and fresh beers, focusing on barrel-aged sours, traditional lagers, and mixed-culture, experimental ales. Our scratch kitchen serves a rotating menu, featuring spent-grain bread and buns, made daily in-house, along with house-made deserts. Visit us on a Sunday for brunch for freshly made spent-grain bagels and breakfast sandwiches! Nearly everything in the kitchen is prepared fresh on site and is therefor subject to limited availability. Bottles and cans to-go are also available for purchase in our taproom when in stock.
